Place the following files in a directory,
which needs to be in one of AutoCAD support file search paths
(The "support" directory is a good place):

litio.slb
litio.dcl
litio.vlx
litio.cfg

Load LITIO typing the following in AutoCAD's command prompt:

(load "LITIO") and press the ENTER key. To start the program type:

LITIO  and press the ENTER key.
