explorer하단에 뜨는 메세지는 res://C:\Windows\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm이란

에러메세지를 나타내면서 인터넷 시작페이지가 열리지 않는다?  (Ping Test는 정상임.)

 

1. Control Panel -> Network -> Configuration Tab -> Remove all network components (adapters, protocols, everything). Don't reboot.

 

2. Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Windows Setup Tab -> Unmark the Communication check box. Don't reboot.

 

3. Start regedit. Remove the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinSock2

 

4. Reboot!

I was getting the same problem, but as soon as i replaced the wsock32.dll (220KB in size) with a new one (40 KB) every thing was fine. Then later i came to knew that when i was installing netsonic (a caching software), it was changing wsock32.dll on my pc. I have removed netsonic and wsock32.dll is ok now.

I noticed this in your trace because McAfee AV normally uses 'mcshield.exe'.
